By accessing or using the Coppr mobile application (“Coppr”, the “App”, or the “Service”), operated by BSR Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Coppr is a discovery platform that allows users to browse free items listed on third-party websites. Coppr does not own, host, create, or sell the listed items.
Coppr acts solely as an informational and discovery tool. Any transaction, communication, or interaction regarding a listed item occurs exclusively between you and the original listing source or third party.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Coppr. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Coppr uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Coppr displays content originating from third-party websites and may provide links redirecting you to those external services.
We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content. Your interaction with third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.
Important: Coppr is not responsible for listings, item availability, item condition, legality, or outcomes of any interaction with third parties.
Coppr is free to use, with optional paid features available via Apple In-App Purchases. All payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple.
We do not control billing, refunds, or cancellations. These must be handled through your Apple account in accordance with Apple’s policies.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Coppr (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any interruption, downtime, or loss of functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Coppr at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or unlawful behavior.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, branding, and logos, are owned by BSR Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Coppr for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Coppr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or suitability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSR Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Coppr.
Your use of third-party listings and services is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Coppr after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
